Details

When attempting to join an oper-only (+O) channel on an inspircd server without being an oper, irssi does not realize that it cannot join the channel because it does not properly support inspircd's ERR_CANTJOINOPERSONLY (520) numeric.

I'm not sure if there are any other ircds that have this numeric.
