FS#710 - Irssi crashes on UTF string, while using recode_translitere and term_charset in ISO.

I have, accidently, found pretty nasty way to hang people's irssis with one string used on channel, where they are.
It's tested on versions 0.8.12 and 0.8.14, but it can be some problem with libiconv, not irssi (I am not able to check it out at this moment).
It works, when 'targets' have recode_translitere set to on, and term_charset set to iso-8859-2, and are using ISO terminal. I have found this issue working on Solaris; on FreeBSD it's ok, but it does not depend on system's limits for particular user.
Memory used by target's irssi is growing until irssi crashes with:
-!- Irssi: error gmem.c:172: failed to allocate 136314880 bytes

I have mailed details on this problem to, thread will be updated after checking this problem by Irssi Staff.
