FS#676 - Lock up irssi when switching windows at a pace

Able to lock up irssi switching windows at will.

I can successfully lock up irssi when switching thru windows at a regular interval (what someone else calls rapidly). I have repeated it it successfully on a system with 8GB RAM, and very fast, and on 2-3various other systems, where I originally thought it may be a slow resource system issue.

When it locks up, irssi freezes, allows no new stdio or stdin.

I can escape out of my screen and start a new session/screen fine.. but I have to kill the bugged session to get it to die.

I've verified the same behaviour on freebsd 8.1. I'm not sure if it's specific to freebsd but it works fine on my linux box and my MacOS laptop.

No segfaults or errors out but I have found that if I Ctrl-C It will draw the rest of the irc chat log that has happened when it was frozen. I'm still unable to send messages and there are screen drawing artifacts from then on.
