FS#652 - problem with Turkish locale

I'm using tr_TR.UTF-8 locale and when i use irssi in this locale, all notices, channel messages and etc. are shown in status window. And they are shown as "NOTICE: MSG", "PRIVMSG: MSG".. When someone types in channel, i can see it in status window, instead of channel.

When using en_US.UTF-8 locale, i dont have any problems. So this problem is related to the Turkish locale.

I've tried SVN, it has the same problem too.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
