FS#643 - Please make use of several IP addresses if available

Disclaimer: I'm still in doubt if I shall put the task as feature request or bug report. So, let it be...

Sometimes hostname resolves to more than one IP address[1]. But it looks like irssi resolves IP only once, during first connection then stores the IP internally. If, for any reason, connection is closed (network problem, server is down for maintenance, etc) it still tries to reconnect to the stored IP, not trying the other one. It would be nice if irssi could make use of other IP addresses available for given DNS name when reconnecting happens.

[1] example:
arturcz@szczaw:~$ host -t A has address has address
