FS#59 - autoclose_query disconnects dcc chat even if the window is immortal

I have a dcc chat to my bot at all times, and I have autoclose_query set to non-zero. When autoclose sees that the dcc chat window has been idle for the specified time, it tries to close it, which disconnects the dcc chat. This is expected. But if the window is immortal, it isn't closed, of course, but this doesn't stop the dcc chat disconnecting. The window is left open, with the text "closing chat" etc.

Without knowing anything about irssi's architecture, the dcc chat disconnecting trigger seems to be in the wrong place, and should check that the window is actually closed instead of just being sent the close command.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

Hmm.. I don't think immortal windows have anything to do with this problem, because queries and windows don't have all that much in common. Rather you don't want autoclose_query to work with some specific query. This is a missing feature, but I don't think window immortality should affect it in any way.
