FS#491 - additional irssi-proxy disconnect/connect event data

in 0.8.10 when attaching to the proxy connect/disconnect event in perl, there is no data available to indicate the host of the connection, or the network that connection is connecting to. This makes scripting anything useful impossible.

I propose adding rec->host and rec->server to the param list for the event so that a script can be made, for example, to set you away on irc when you disconnect from the proxy.

I have a patch to do this, which works for me, and an example script taking advantage of it as an example.

Patch: http://pastebin.ca/432367

Example: http://pastebin.ca/432370

Thanks,
