FS#407 - mixed ssl and non-ssl servers in one network fail

If you add two servers in one network, one with SSL and one without, it tries to connect to both servers with (or without) SSL.

/network add test
/server add -ssl -6 -network test 6667
/server add -6 -network test 6667

/server list 6667 test ssl 6667 test

/connect test

[test] Irssi: Connecting to [2001:638:a00:2::53] port 6667
[test] Irssi: Unable to connect server port 6667 [No route to host]
Irssi: Removed reconnection to server port 6667

It doesn't matter that can't be reached here now, if it does connect and the server breaks the same happens with It also doesn't matter which server is connected first (I tried the other way round too). Irssi wants to connect to the non-SSL server with SSL then.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
