FS#383 - http proxy + ssl crypts CONNECT

WRONG: irssi uses ssl to connect to proxy.
RIGHT: it is supposed to send plaintext CONNECT command to proxy instead and when the connection ist established THEN use ssl. (e.g. X-Chat does that, $anybrowser does that)

test it:

/set use_proxy on
/set proxy_address localhost
/set proxy_port 8080

on localhost run "netcat -l -p 8080"
and then "/connect server" with irssi to any server

you will see the CONNECT command in plaintext

now restart the netcat and
connect via ssl "/connect -ssl server"

you see everything crypted

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

... and if everything is crypted the proxy won't connect anywhere.

Couldn't this be useful to connect to an ssl proxy?
It would be nice if what you're trying to do was possible anyways though.
