FS#357 - Irssi static perl compilation broken on Solaris

Irssi creates the makefiles for perl compilation with makemaker WriteMakeFile function which in turn seems to use '-xO4' as default option for OPTIMIZATION variable on Solaris. This will break the compilation when using gcc as the compiler (do we even compile very easily on other compilers?). A fix would be to mark the OPTIMIZATION as clear like in the patch I've attached. Another way would be to mark it to something gcc specific like '-O2'. In my case on Solaris '-O2' was already in cflags for some reason so marking it as clear was a safe bet. Here's the patch:

iff -r irssi-0.8.10/src/perl/common/ irssi-0.8.10.patch/src/perl/common/
> 'OPTIMIZE' => ' ',
diff -r irssi-0.8.10/src/perl/irc/ irssi-0.8.10.patch/src/perl/irc/
> 'OPTIMIZE' => ' ',
diff -r irssi-0.8.10/src/perl/textui/ irssi-0.8.10.patch/src/perl/textui/
> 'OPTIMIZE' => ' ',
diff -r irssi-0.8.10/src/perl/ui/ irssi-0.8.10.patch/src/perl/ui/
> 'OPTIMIZE' => ' ',
